The upstream was resolved and the deployment fixed.

We attempted to deploy a new version to dev. The Cloudflare Workers backend successfully deployed, while the frontend on Cloudflare Pages failed to deploy due to [an upstream incident](https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/kp3twj7p88jf). The mismatch in version is locking the frontend out of making requests to the backend, so all app access is not possible. Embeds are still working as expected.
